Reclaiming Your Pet
If your pet has been picked up by Animal Control and brought to the shelter, you may come to reclaim your pet Monday – Saturday 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm (Closed Wednesday, Sunday, & Holidays) . The shelter is located at 950 South Grove Boulevard, Kingsland.
Reclaim Fees for Lost Animals Brought to Shelter:
The reclaim fees for St. Marys, Kingsland, Camden County, and Woodbine are as follows:

Owner must provide proof of current rabies vaccination or HSCC must confirm rabies vaccination with veterinarian via telephone. If there is no proof that the animal has had a rabies vaccination, there is a $15.00 charge for a rabies voucher. The rabies vaccination must be administered by a licensed veterinarian.
A daily fee of $20.00 per day will be charged for cats and dogs prior to reclaim. Quarantine (10 days): $100
