Seniors
For Seniors Program
HSCC
has initiated a new adoption program called Seniors
for Seniors. Any individual 60 years or older can adopt
an animal that is 3 years old or older without paying our
normal adoption fee as long as all other adoption criteria
are met. If the Senior can afford a contribution to help defray
the cost of the animal's care it is appreciated but not required.
In addition, if the Senior who adopted the animal is unable
to provide the necessary care at a future date, the animal
can be returned to the Humane Society.
